Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Hygiene Products – Socks & Underwear
For hygiene reasons, socks and underwear are only eligible for return if they are unused, unworn, and in their original sealed packaging.
Items will not be accepted for return if:
- The original packaging has been opened, unsealed, or otherwise tampered with, or
- The item shows any signs of being worn, washed, altered, or otherwise manipulated
This policy is in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which state that sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons cannot be returned once unsealed.
This does not affect your statutory rights. If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us and we will resolve the issue accordingly.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 calendar days of us receiving your return Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Refund Processing Times
Please note that all refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.
Once a refund has been processed by SCALLYCHAV, the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and bank processing times.
Typical processing times are as follows:
- PayPal Balance Refunds: Usually processed within 3–5 business days.
- Credit/Debit Card Refunds: Can take 5–10 business days to appear back on your statement.
- Bank Account Refunds: May take up to 30 days depending on the banking provider.
Please note:
- Weekends and bank holidays do not count as business days.
- Refund times are controlled by the customer’s payment provider/bank once the refund has been issued from our side.
- You will receive confirmation once your refund has been successfully processed by us.

Returns Policy
SCgarms accepts returns within 14 days if products are not used, changed, washed or otherwise manipulated. Products need to be returned in original packaging. No products may be returned to SCgarms without the prior written consent of SCgarms and are subject to a return charge. If you choose to return an item that isn’t faulty or damaged then you will be responsible for the cost of the delivery/ return and this will reflect in your refund.
